(1) Greenhouse gas emitting areas, pollution, industry, agriculture, forestry and land use and national base level of waste must be prepared by the ministry in coordination with the relevant ministries and updated every ten years.
(2) In addition to the provisions mentioned in Section 25 of the Act, the relevant concerned bodies shall carry out the following mitigation actions:-
(a) Prioritizing the use of clean energy, electric transportation and energy efficient technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions,
(b) Providing support to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from energy, industry, agriculture, forestry and land use and waste,
(c) In the adaptation plan according to rule 26, priority should be given to the program of reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and effective implementation.
